What program is HHS+ based on?

I would like to know what program HHS+ is based on and how to program in that computer langue

It it coded in VB.NET, which uses Microsoft's .NET framework similar to C#.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express as IDE for coding.

I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express as IDE for coding.

Umm I have no idea what that is, I'm not all that technicly litterate

Do you know were I can get the MS-VB 2010 and some simple how to's to do programing so I can take a try making a game of my own?

Btw I finaly got HHS+ to work and I have to say I'm impressed.

Microsoft's visual Basic Express is available from their website as a free download, though their big offer now is Visual studion 2012 Express.
As for primers on programing, the Express comes with a few tutorial programming examples to help you start getting the feel for the linguistics, after which google is your friend.  And support forums, I've been tremendously helped by some of the contributors to MS's support forums in the past as well.

Thanks you for the info, I'll look into it, not feeling all that well right now, it's hot where I am and I'm cranky LOL
