New player who is at a lost
« on: June 21, 2021, 09:18:25 pm »

I am new to this game, though i have been playing it for a week, but i have no idea what i am doing, i dont know how to trigger events, or even how to increase my stats. Is there someone who can guide me ? Also, i think i had an event in my old saved game when i was leaving the school in the evening and a student was in trouble with the Yakuza or something, can someone explain that ? Every atempt of me trying to increase the stats only increase them by 2-3 points at most, but then they decreased by 5 points for some reason. I am truely at a lost and hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks in advance !

Hello J_X,
The most important stat to worry about when starting a game is reputation. Start play as conservative as you can. When asked to do something don't go for the perverted choice but the one that is the most conservative (ex: spy on girl's changing room? yes or no... Choose no). Once you have your reputation sufficiently high enough, you can start playing with the more perverted choices which can affect your own stats. Personally, I play until I get my reputation to the 90s, but that takes a while. With the time it takes to get that far, other stats have had a chance to increase as well. Education is increased by visiting classes and encouraging studies, Charisma is increased by chatting with students, etc.
Toodles,

a student was in trouble with the Yakuza or something
That's a random chance event. Someone is trying to cod that student with bogus stories of their father's "unpaid debt" and how said student can "help pay it off".
I've never seen what happens if you don't step in. Guy backs off - probably because character's ginormous boobs can punch harder than him. (They're actually silly huge, I'll be dropping the size a little shortly)

As for the seemingly random stat drops, be mindful of how full the pink bar is. Letting that get full while being around people is a bad thing.
Stats other than Reputation dropping by anywhere close to five in one go I have NEVER seen. HHS+ is what they call a "slow burn" game. Don't rush things. Take it slowly, you've got more than enough time.

So, to start from the basics, the vast majority of events are triggered by being in the right place at the right time. Most events are based on rules, and then the stats of the characters involved.

This is a game about, in most cases, mass corruption. Apart from teachers, the PTA, and certain special students, your goal is to slowly corrupt the student body via your school policies, choices, and actions taken during events. This happens fairly slowly over time, one event at a time, and many events are gated by rules or stats. For example let's say you manage to pass a rule which means students who are visibly aroused are sent to the nurse to masturbate themselves (which yes, is a rule that exists). That rule now means that when you visit the school ward, there may very well be students sent there to masturbate. This would trigger an event, which has something like 70+ possible image/text combinations, showing the student masturbating. And, of course, that would effect that students stats (reducing arousal since they orgasm, but boosting long-term lust).

Events also trigger based on the students and their stats, such as finding students having sex in various parts of the school, which is triggered by high lust and arousal, or any number of other possible events.  There are hundreds of events, and many events have dozens of images and outcomes associated with them.

The key to your game is to corrupt the teachers and the PTA, most of which have special methods of corrupting them or blackmailing them. When you've done that, you can pass increasingly corrupt rules which will slowly wear down your students. Your students will take actions out in the town, which will slowly begin to corrupt the town as well. That's your gameplay loop, at it's core.
