yup it doesn't work than i did that and than tossed the download from here. it also whens about missing the stats folder in the modschool folder.
There's two things that could cause a Missing Stats Folder exception thrown:

1: (Most likely) You forgot to make a copy of NormalSchool first. Make sure it's clean and free of all mods.
2: (Least likely) Your AV/Firewall/Antispam thought you were executing malicious code and deleted things at random.

Isn't my firewall. I didnt make a copy of normal school but it is a fresh install so no mods are in it. Are you implying i need to put the mod school folder in normal school? I "fixed" the stat folder missing by copying the stat folder from normal school into the mod school folder. Instead i get an error when i set the environment to lexville and open the character creator it works fine when i use base game and open it instead.

Installation instructions literally are:
1. Go into the "Schools" folder and create a copy of the "NormalSchool" folder.
2. Rename the copy to "ModSchool".
3. Extract the contents of the main zip file (Lexville zip file) into the "Schools" folder, replace all files when prompted.
It shouldn't be that hard to follow, how did you missed this.

I didnt make a copy of normal school
THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM!
Sorry for shouting but the instructions were very explicit.
I advise you wipe your HHS+ folder and go again installing Lexville from the top and follow the instructions.
I'm only advising this so you can avoid more errors down the road.

Again sorry I figured that out on my on the issue with the stats is what led me to double check said instructions and I did just that. Now leads to an issue where when I open character creator it can't load futa something so i followed the bread crumbs to where the file should be and confirmed it is there yet it is still throw the error.
This was my first question.
So when i open the character creation tab it throws an error that says PaperDollHandlers\PD_Principal.ve.xml [EXEC] caused an exception at operation SeqActLat_RemoteEvent (ID: 260).
Unable to find Remote Event 'FunctionLibrary\PaperDoll\CheckFutaPrefs'. I tried a fresh install but that did nothing any help?

I have to know. Did you install Service Pack 7 on your NormalSchool before you copied it?

I have managed to get everything up and running properly, and am several weeks into this playthrough, but I have noticed that Orgies don't seem to affect Reputation. I had an orgy in a classroom with about a half-dozen students joining in, and no affect, then later had an orgy in Down Town and also no affect on Reputation.

Yeah, orgies do not have any effects on bystanders right now - which also means no reputation effects.

No, installing SP7 is alright, you probably did something else wrong. Out of interest i tried to do a clean install of the full game and then installed lexville on top, game works as intended and there's no errors like one you are getting. Maybe try full game fresh install and check if there's no corrupted archives (Either base game or lexville)?. And out of interest you could check "Schools" folder size, after lexville install it should be about 2,07-2,14gb, if it's significantly lower than you most likely screwed up on lexville setup.

Also, if you install SP7 then do not install any updates beyond that when setting up Lexville.

I have a problem, the Underwood quest doesnt work for me, i  tried lockpicking her house countless times and never got any prompt about hacking her computer. Any workaround for this?

Did you even spend more than two minutes looking around? There's a thread about this is for the base game already.
And before you say anything, I don't believe Lexville would go about changing that.

That's why it's recommended to leave the Debugger alone if you don't know what you're doing.
