As pfko451 mentioned, in the early phases the amount of money you get is quite low and i too had to resort to basically holding Ctrl down and just fast forwarding time to get me started properly.Though later on, the amount of money seems to accelerate so much that i can easily buy a new facility once a month while slowly lowering class sizes and increasing teacher salary.
Another point i noticed in late-game. At some point, roughly around the time you've unlocked everything except the "minimum inhibition 0", You're morale and behavior starts plummeting at such speeds that you cant effectively stop it.Even after trying to lessen punishment's, giving students free reign on clothing and perma running behavior weeklies. It still keeps plummeting despite trying to change all policy's to be as mild as possible while also trying to reprimand students on... basically fucking around at that point.Nothing seems to help and it keeps dropping every time the week changes by roughly 5%.I also noticed, at some point you randomly lose huge chunks of behavior when the week changes. I'm talking about losing almost 25% behavior at once. Seems a bit much when it doesn't even happen when you get new students.
Another point would be the slow increase of reputation. Maybe add a yearly/biyearly event that rewards reputation/money if academics/arts/athletics are high enough.
